Yes. Log a headache when it starts, update it as things change, or add it after it is over. Skip details you do not know and come back when you remember more.

How do I clear a conversation or delete my account?

You can delete a conversation or your account anytime in Settings, in both the iOS app and the browser app. When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required by law to keep it.
