    Open Ember with the button below and sign in with your email or Google account. It works in any browser, with nothing to install.

  2. Tell Ember your story

    Describe your headaches in your own words: where it hurts, how it feels, when it started, and what seems to set it off. Ember asks the follow-up questions a specialist would.

  3. Complete your conversation

    Answer Ember's questions until it has the full picture. The more detail you share, the more useful your summary becomes.

  4. Review and share your summary

    Your responses are shared with your physician and reviewed during your appointment. You can also view and print your own summary at any time.
